Randstad is partnering with a Premium Home-Furniture brand. They are currently looking to hire a Retail Sales Manager/Multi-store Manager to join them.
Location: 2 stores within KL area
Reports to: Director of Operations
Remuneration: Basic + high commissions (personal commissions + group commissions + projects commissions)
You will need to:
- Monitor and optimize store performance to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support employee development.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth across multiple locations.
- Implement customer service improvement initiatives when needed.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales, and key metrics.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, HR, finance) to ensure store needs are met.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in retail line, preferably home furniture related field.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
