Randstad is partnering with a well-known International modest wear brand. They are currently looking to hire a Merchandising Manager to join them.
You will need to:
- Develop and manage retail plans, including sales, inventory, markdowns, and profitability forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and product performance to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure alignment with product assortment and customer demand.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data to provide insights and recommendations for assortment planning and replenishment strategies.
- Implement seasonal planning and inventory allocation strategies in line with business goals.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in merchandising role (fashion retail)
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
