Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP components in interior design projects.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring project financial objectives are met.
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and contractors for MEP works.
Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency.
Prepare detailed BOQs for MEP works, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Update BOQs as project requirements evolve.
Track and monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets.
Manage claims, variations, and final accounts with contractors and stakeholders.

about the requirements

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP works, preferably within interior design projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local building codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in cost management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
