• Lead and manage the M&E quantity surveying team to ensure effective cost management and project delivery.
• Oversee pre- and post-contract activities, including cost estimation, tendering, and final account preparation.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Review and approve procurement plans for M&E materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to address project requirements.
• Resolve contractual issues, including variation orders, claims, and extensions of time (EOT).
• Maintain systematic records of all contractual correspondence and project documentation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

About the Team:
The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.

Skills & Experience Required:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying.
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract administration.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and construction methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
