About the Role
The Senior Marketing Executive will execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence and customer engagement. This role involves coordinating events, managing visual merchandising, developing marketing collateral, and analyzing campaign effectiveness to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event & Campaign Coordination: Work with internal teams to execute promotions, ensure proper signage, and attract customers through digital and in-store marketing.
- Branding & Visual Merchandising: Maintain a consistent brand image, oversee store presentations, and coordinate with visual merchandising partners.
- Collateral Creation: Develop marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Business or Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, duty-free, or mall management. Open to candidates with internship experience
- Skills:
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of consumer trends.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
