About the Job
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining brand presence, strategizing market penetration, and expanding the global customer base. This leadership role involves overseeing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and driving cross-functional teams to optimize the company’s marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase market share.
- Allocate, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
- Lead market research and analyze trends to adapt and refine marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, external partners, media, and influencers.
- Oversee all digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and events.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data insights to optimize strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the marketing team, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing or a related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in online marketing trends and measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the vape industry regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
