About the Role
The Marketing Manager will lead marketing efforts for 2 categories in Malaysia. This role involves building partnerships with athletes and teams, executing consumer activations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand presence and category growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Running, Training, and Teamsports categories.
- Build and manage relationships with athletes, ambassadors, and agencies to drive brand visibility.
- Plan and oversee events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns to engage consumers.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure alignment and resource sharing.
- Mentor team members and report campaign insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sports Management.
- 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, preferably in running categories.
- Strong skills in brand strategy, project management, and event planning.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa; willingness to travel.
