Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will develop and lead a team to execute marketing strategies based on consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Lead Marketing Strategies: Formulate and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that are informed by consumer insights and market research. Ensure strategies align with the company's objectives and target market, focusing on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Manage A&P Budgets: Oversee the advertising and promotional (A&P) budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) and conversion rates. Monitor spending closely and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and results.
- Account Management and Growth Opportunities: Manage relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, identifying potential growth opportunities. Develop strategies to expand market share and enhance brand positioning in the competitive health supplement industry.
- Product Development and Consumer Education: Collaborate with product development teams to guide the creation of new products that meet consumer needs. Lead initiatives to educate consumers about the benefits of the products, both online and offline, ensuring messaging is clear and impactful.
- Team Leadership and Professional Development: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals and performance targets, ensuring that each team member is equipped with the skills and support needed for professional development and success.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Tertiary education.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of marketing experience in the health supplement industry.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
