About the Role
The Marketing Manager will oversee the Marketing Department, ensuring the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and promotional activities. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to strategize and execute initiatives that enhance brand visibility and corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and guide the work of Designers, Social Media, and E-Commerce teams, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are effective.
- Plan and execute events, roadshows, and product seminars at outlets to enhance brand awareness.
- Develop and execute monthly advertising and promotional activities.
- Prepare post-event reports and provide insights to management.
- Identify gaps in existing campaigns and implement solutions within budget constraints.
- Organize photoshoots, launches, and media events in collaboration with in-house designers.
- Lead the Marketing Department to ensure alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Provide weekly updates on marketing activities and departmental progress to management.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing with leadership responsibilities.
- Skills:
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Expertise in event planning, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
