About the Role
As the Marketing Director, you will take full ownership of product categories, driving brand strategy and execution to achieve sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead consumer insight efforts, manage category performance, and develop impactful marketing campaigns — all while ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Consumer Insights: Uncover and analyze consumer behaviors to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Brand Management: Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market presence and drive brand equity.
- P&L Ownership: Oversee category profitability, optimizing budgets, and implementing initiatives to enhance revenue and margins.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development and sales teams to craft effective go-to-market strategies.
- Market Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, managing timelines and analyzing performance to optimize impact.
