- Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainable practices.
- Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify risks and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders for permitting, reporting, and compliance matters.
- Track environmental performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on environmental issues and promote awareness.
- Lead environmental projects such as waste reduction, energy conservation, pollution prevention, and water management.

- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in EHS roles, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Possesses at least one of the certifications related to Environmental management such as CePSWAM, CePIETSO, CePSO, or similar credentials.
