We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager for a steel components manufacturer. This position requires your urgent attention.

Reporting to: HOD
Location: Johor
Excellent remuneration and benefits package

Oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs.
Regularly inspect plant machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure all maintenance operations adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Lead, supervise, and train the maintenance team.
Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Work closely with other departments for shutdowns and startups..

the experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 - 8 years of experience in plant maintenance.
