We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer for a rubber product manufacturer. who is currently going through expansion. This position requires your urgent attention.

the role
- Minimize unscheduled downtime and ensure smooth and continuous machine operation.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of preventive maintenance activities.
- Investigate root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct training programs and evaluate technician performance to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control spare parts inventory levels to optimize usage and minimize stockouts.
- Lead and execute equipment modification projects and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
the experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin to liaise with China customers.
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance in manufacturing environment.
