About the Role:
... - Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory in logistics management systems.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, such as invoices, delivery notes, and customs clearance forms.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Liaise with transport companies and freight forwarders to secure the best rates and services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant transportation and import/export regulations.
- Continuously assess and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist in organizing warehousing and storage operations to ensure optimal inventory management.
- Provide support in the preparation of logistics reports and analysis.
About the Team:
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Logistic Manager.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Logistic, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, essential in construction or data center projects.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
