• Manage and lead a team of around 10 engineers, technicians, and OEM representatives for testing and commissioning activities.
• Design and execute detailed testing and commissioning strategies for utility-scale solar PV plants connected to the grid.
• Supervise pre-commissioning, cold commissioning, and hot commissioning processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Perform direct testing of SCADA, Power Plant Controllers (PPC), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and communication networks.
• Conduct system performance evaluations, diagnose technical issues, and prepare comprehensive test reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and enforce best practices for workplace safety.
• Review construction handovers, subcontractor test reports, and system commissioning to verify alignment with project and grid standards.
• Establish clear communication channels with local grid authorities, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing and commissioning procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Power Systems.
• At least five years of hands-on experience in commissioning engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical principles, and power systems.
• Proficiency in SCADA systems and data analysis.
• Familiarity with grid regulations and industry standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
