- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers.
- Develop customised solutions to maximise client success.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Potentially taking on a new portfolio which is the China market.

about the requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience working in either SaaS or IT industry.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Able to communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage.
