- Cultivate strategic partnerships: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives within assigned retail channels.
- Lead with collaborative expertise: Cultivate and leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing purchasing decisions and driving brand visibility.
- Shape a winning vision: Craft and execute comprehensive annual business plans encompassing marketing, promotions, and distribution strategies to maximize brand presence and achieve sustainable growth.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insightful sales forecasting to capitalize on emerging opportunities within the dynamic beauty landscape.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of fmcg sales experience, with at least 3 years in key account management.
- Experience managing chain pharmacies is desirable.
- Proactive and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
