- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key chain pharmacy accounts, driving sales growth and exceeding performance targets across multiple metrics.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement customer-specific marketing plans, ensuring impactful promotions and optimal product placement.
- Lead the execution of promotional strategies, manage trade budgets, and ensure seamless product distribution and in-store merchandising.
- Coach and mentor team members, identify opportunities for improvement, and champion a culture of excellence to drive ongoing sales success.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of fmcg key account management experience in the beauty/skincare/personal care industry.
- Experience managing chain pharmacy channels, Watsons is preferred.
- Adaptable and ambitious individual seeking to lead a team.
