the role

Manage a team of 2 Assistant Key Account Managers to drive sales and profitability within the independent pharmacy channel.
Develop strong customer relationships through regular business reviews, joint planning, and tailored solutions to achieve mutual success.
Analyze performance & optimize trade spend to maximize ROI and ensure effective execution of promotional activities, displays, and roadshows.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and pharmacy partners to ensure product availability, efficient operations, and category development.

the experience

Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of fmcg sales or key account management experience.
Experience managing independent (local chain) pharmacies is desirable.
Results-oriented and ambitious individual.
