This role will be reporting to the Head of Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with assigned major accounts to drive brand awareness and secure profitable business.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and report on customer-specific sales processes and account plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.
- Recommend products and services (value proposition) that match customers' strategic and tactical directions.
- Initiate contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers, and pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies and guidelines.
- Develop a collaborative Joint Business Plan with the customers
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
- 2-3 years of FMCG experience, ideally in key account management
- Aggressive, result oriented and with high personal drive to succeed.
- Candidates that are currently executives, senior executives or assistant managers are encouraged to apply
