- Drive Key Account Growth: Achieve sales targets and optimize profitability through strategic planning, execution, and insightful business analysis.
- Lead Strategic Partnerships: Independently manage key accounts, conduct joint business planning, and build strong customer relationships through effective negotiation and engagement.
- Ensure Flawless Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful in-store visibility and program execution, maximizing brand presence and market insights.
- Strategic Business Management: Independently manage key accounts, including 5P planning, customer negotiation, and post-analysis, ensuring optimal business results.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of fmcg key account management experience.
- Experience managing international chain pharmacies (Guardian/Watsons/Big Caring) is desirable.
- Proactive and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
