Serve as Technical Lead for a trading system, utilizing strong Java and AWS cloud expertise.
Coordinate project lifecycle efforts, acting as a bridge between stakeholders (development, UAT, deployment).
Provide technical leadership to vendors, including leading discussions, architecture and code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate closely with vendors on project delivery, quality, and readiness.
Lead release management, including planning, coordinating deployments, onboarding to CI/CD pipeline, and addressing production issues.

requirements

Overall 8-12 years of working experience as a software developer.
Tech lead or team lead for the past 3 years with hands-on coding experience.
Skilled in stakeholder management, team leadership, estimation, and project planning.
Proficient in microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and containers.
Extensive knowledge of AWS services including EKS, RDS, MSK, RedShift, API Gateway, S3, and Cognito.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, VueJS, Hazelcast, and PostgreSQL.
Willing to handle coding, troubleshooting, production support, and comfortable with Linux and shell scripting.
Experience with high-speed, low-latency processing and eKYC integration is a plus.
