- Lead the design, development, and deployment of microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with the team to architect scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact in customer-facing interactions, including presenting solutions and addressing technical queries.
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and support the development team in resolving technical challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.
must have requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of leading development teams or projects.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, and system integrations.
- Experience with solution architecture, including designing and documenting technical solutions.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
