• Lead and mentor a team of developers, creating a collaborative and effective team
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using Java, J2EE and other technologies.
• Oversee infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring best practices and efficiency.
• Implement and manage deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and deliverable.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as well as lead code review processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

must have requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development with a strong focus on Springboot and Hibernate
• Proficiency in other relevant technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD etc.
• Extensive experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure, and deployment processes
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading development teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Agile methodology implementation
