As the new Business Analyst, you will be responsible for functional consultation to the global operations team. Your role will require a high-level understanding of technology trends when consulting with business stakeholder where you will conduct business requirement sessions, carry out careful documentation, and provide support on the full project implementation. Communication and understanding is key when working with your team members when delivering requirements.
job requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Experience in HRIS/HRMS applications
- Agile methodology preferred
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Bachelors in Computer Science or other relevant degrees
