about the job
- In depth understanding of full cycle of ID BQ, Specifications, and Contracts.
- Must be familiar with pre-contract and post-contract work such as tender preparation, request for quotation, cost analysis, evaluating claims and payment certification, issue Purchase Orders, evaluating and comparing quotations, etc.
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final account.
- Manage sub-con payments and main-con claims.
- Prepare award of contract, checked contract documents and recommend contractor’s evaluation
about the requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior design industry.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and relevant industry tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
