We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Injection Molding Engineer (Packaging) to join a growing team for a packaging manufacturer!

Reporting to: Head of Operations
Location: Perak
Excellent remuneration and benefits package

the role

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, manage spare parts inventory, and prepare annual maintenance budgets.
Optimize production cycle times, troubleshoot machine breakdowns, and conduct root cause analysis.
Train and develop technicians, assign tasks, and oversee team performance.
Ensure compliance with GMP and safety regulations, monitor process parameters, and work with machine manufacturers to resolve issues.
Implement Kaizen principles to reduce cycle times, energy consumption, and improve overall efficiency.

the experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in injection molding machinery.
