With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a HRBP to join the team in JB. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
- Strong ability to engage and influence finance leaders, leveraging data-driven insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Expertise in high-volume hiring, employer branding, and recruitment marketing to attract and retain top talent in competitive markets.
- Skilled in structuring career development programs, coaching, and identifying skill gaps to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Proficient in analyzing attrition trends, implementing recognition programs, and driving well-being initiatives in high-pressure environments.
- Experienced in handling organizational change, conflict resolution, and process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness.
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the HR Director, working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of HR experience, especially in a business partnering role. You have strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and industrial relations.
