about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and administration, ensuring alignment with Forvis Mazars guidelines.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to line managers, providing guidance on employee-related issues, boosting morale, improving retention, and optimizing productivity through training and HR initiatives.
- Utilize HR metrics to anticipate and address employee issues, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with local labor laws, best practices, and international HR standards.
- Assess and enhance compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive, conduct salary benchmarking, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive attraction and retention.
- Foster a progressive HR team culture, promote employee well-being, and support ad-hoc HR projects as needed.

You will be reporting directly to the Partner, working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the similar industry. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
