They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Partner with top management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive long-term workforce planning.
- Lead recruitment efforts, implement effective sourcing strategies, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, enforce HR policies, and collaborate with legal counsel on employment matters.
- Design and implement training programs, support employee development, and oversee performance management processes.
- Optimize organizational efficiency, oversee administrative operations, and support seamless business functions.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the MD, working closely with other HR team members.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 5 of HR management experience, preferably across various industries. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic and proactive mindset.
