about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Drive culture transformation initiatives to align organizational values with business goals and enhance workforce engagement.
- Develop and optimize performance management systems, refining KPIs and implementing continuous feedback mechanisms for productivity improvement.
- Implement a Balanced Scorecard framework, enhance compensation packages, and establish performance-based rewards to drive motivation.
- Execute talent acquisition and retention strategies while developing a robust succession planning framework to ensure business continuity.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs, collaborating with leaders to address skill gaps and foster career growth.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the Director, leading a team of 2.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the similar industry. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
