about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training while ensuring adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR-related ISO documentation, assist in audits, and ensure HR processes align with ISO standards.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies while implementing training programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Drive workplace culture initiatives, address grievances, and manage performance appraisals with KPI implementation.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, manage statutory contributions, and prepare HR reports for management and regulatory bodies.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the Director, leading a team of 2.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the engineering and construction industry. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
