We are looking for a self-driven and versatile HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join our team in supporting the operations of a data centre.
This is a newly created, standalone position where you’ll be instrumental in laying the HR foundation, including recruitment, policy implementation, payroll, and employee development.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is capable of working independently, and wants to be involved from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment process to build up a 20-person team for the new data centre.
HR Operations: Assist with the setup and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, and welfare programs.
Payroll Administration: Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions.
Training & Development: Organise and manage on boarding programs and continuous employee development initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits: Support employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, and insurance.
Employee Relations: Support in resolving employee issues, managing disciplinary processes, and maintaining a healthy work environment.
HR Documentation: Maintain proper employee records, reports, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience.
Solid knowledge in recruitment, training & development, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
Experience setting up HR processes, policies, and employee handbook is an advantage.
Able to work independently in a start up-like environment.
Strong fluency in English and fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is a must due to team and business communication needs.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in IT, or Engineering industries will be a plus.
