HR Generalist and Administrative
We are seeking a proactive and organise HR Generalist to support our HR department while also providing administrative assistance. This role combines HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the HR team.
You will be reporting to the HR Manager and CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support on-boarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in administering employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage HR calendars, schedule meetings, and organise HR events.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist with compliance and record-keeping for employment laws and regulations.
- Handle office supplies and inventory for the HR department.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline HR processes.
- Qualifications:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not must have)
Must be fluent mandarin speaker (open to all races and genders)
2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Good knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
