The GM of Human Resources will be a key leadership position here, responsible for building the HR function and strategy from scratch. You will play a critical role in defining the company’s culture, aligning talent with the business strategy, and helping the organisation scale effectively. This role requires someone who is not only a strategic thinker but also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support operational HR needs.

- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Build and structure the HR department, including defining policies, processes, and tools for recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, compensation, and employee development.
- Design and execute organisational development programs to drive growth and scalability.
Company Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Define, nurture, and champion the company culture by ensuring it is woven into every aspect of the business.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performance work environment.
- Implement programs to measure employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary.
Leadership Development and Talent Management:
- Establish talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across all departments.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs and succession planning.
- Manage employee performance review systems and ensure alignment with business goals.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions and resolving any issues as they arise.
- Lead HR compliance, ensuring adherence to local laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring efficiency and resource optimisation.
Strategic Direction:
- Work closely with the executive team to guide and influence the overall direction of the company.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on workforce planning, compensation, and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead change management efforts as company evolves and scales.
Innovation and Out-of-the-Box Thinking:
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, ensuring the company remains innovative in its HR practices and company culture.
- Explore new technologies, platforms, and trends in HR to continuously improve operations and employee experience.
about the manager/team

Must haves:
1. Experience in strategic level roles, minimum 5 years in leadership position, (GM, Senior HRM, or Head of HR) with a
