You will work closely with people leaders across all functions and spanning a defined set of geographies in providing advice, support and coaching to managers and employees across the full range of employment policies, including areas such as people performance management issues, employee development, career, performance capabilities.

You will be reporting to the HRBP, working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of previous HR experience. You have a good working knowledge of employment laws and practices, have experience on various aspects of Employee Relations and Industrial Relations (ER/IR), including policy development and review, handbook creation and maintenance, handling disciplinary cases, implementing talent management strategies, and conducting rewards analysis.
