They are currently looking for a HRBP to join their team in response to their growth. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- HR Strategy & Business Partnership – Align HR programs with business goals and support workforce planning.
- Data-Driven Insights – Analyze HR and business data to guide decision-making and planning.
- Workforce Analytics – Monitor employee trends, turnover, and recruitment for strategic improvements.
- Change Management – Support organizational changes and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Performance Tracking – Maintain HR dashboards and forecasting tools to monitor business and workforce trends.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be working closely with other team members.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to facilitate the implementation of organisational changes and motivate others to effect changes efficiently.
