- Provides expert guidance on HR best practices, dispute resolution, and ensures compliance with local and industry regulations.
- Supports succession planning, talent development, and aligns workforce strategies with business needs.
- Partners with business leaders to drive people performance, offering coaching on management and HR processes.
- Builds talent pipelines, sources and matches candidates, and ensures a seamless recruitment experience.
- Promotes company values, safety, and performance frameworks while fostering a people-first workplace
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Regional People Leader, you will work as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 7 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
