In this role, as a HR generalist, you will be supporting for various HR functions across APAC branches. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, payroll, C&B, and managing trade union matters. The role also involves handling performance management and training initiatives, alongside HR compliance and reporting.
about the manager/team
Leading a team of 4-6 headcounts, you will directly report to the HR Manager.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience. You are meticulous, have strong understanding in employment laws, and proficient in Mandarin (due to liaising with regional Mandarin-speaking counterparts). Regional exposure and union management experience is highly advantageous.
