In this role, you will oversee and manage human resources and administrative functions at the manufacturing facility. Key scopes include:
- Overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions (i.e. recruitment, payroll, performance management, training etc.)
- Employee relations & industrial relations
- Developing and implementing HR policies and strategies
- Foreign worker management
- Renewal of business licenses & permits
- Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia regulations and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) requirements.
about the manager/team
Leading a team of 2, you will directly report to the HR Director.
skills & requirements
To be the ideal candidate, you will come with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong background in manufacturing. You are equipped with solid knowledge of labour law and compliance regulations, hands-on experience in foreign worker management and administrative affairs, and excellent decision-making and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia regulations and ESG compliance requirements is highly advantageous.
