They are currently looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Manages recruitment, onboarding, and ensures compliance with job descriptions and compensation.
- Resolves employee conflicts and maintains positive management-employee relations.
- Oversees payroll, leave, statutory payments, and benefits administration.
- Handles office administration, accommodation, licenses, and foreign worker compliance.
- Organizes training, updates HR policies, and implements performance appraisals and retention strategies.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the MD, leading a team of 5.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8-10 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
