- Drive Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Lead the sales team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive revenue, expand market reach, and achieve ambitious targets.
- Build and Empower a High-Performing Sales Network: Formulate strategies to attract top talent, manage a network of Independent Business Owners, and foster a culture of high performance.
- Orchestrate Impactful Events & Campaigns: Develop and execute compelling events, promotions, and training programs that engage and motivate agents, drive sales, and build brand awareness.
- Data-Driven Sales Leader: Analyze sales performance, track key metrics, and utilise insights to optimize programs, enhance incentives, and deliver exceptional results.
the experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position, preferably within the Direct-Selling (MLM) industry.
- Experience organising and managing events.
- Experience deisgning incentive trips and programs.
- Strong communicator able to foster collaboration across different teams.
