The Head of Projects is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the project portfolio within a country or regional market. This position ensures that projects align with the organization’s strategic objectives while meeting local business goals. The role involves:

Leading project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.
Managing resources, including personnel, budgets, and materials, for optimal project performance.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal leaders, clients, partners, and vendors.
Driving continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices and lessons learned.
