Head of Finance (Construction)
A rapidly growing construction company is looking for a career minded head of finance to be part of their team . You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director for this role.
Main responsibilities of the Head of Finance
•Oversee group-level adjustments and reconciliations

•Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
•Perform detailed analysis of consolidated financial results, highlighting key trends and variances.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation and reporting processes.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance.
Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Professional certificate such as MIA/ACCA/ICAEW
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
• Experience in construction or property developer industry
