Randstad is partnering with a well-known fashion brand. They are currently looking to hire a Head of E-commerce to join them.

You will need to:

Manage eCommerce P&L
Developing of eCommerce strategy, operating plan and oversees execution.
Oversee marketing and promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Leads development, revenue, website traffic, conversion rate, LTV and ROAS.
Implement and oversee CRM strategy to ensure high retention and LTV of customers.

Requirements:

At least 5-8 years of working experience in E-commerce (Fashion)
Details oriented person and proven record on E-commerce achievements
