Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, provide insights and recommendations to management, forecast and track performance, monitor key metrics, and prepare financial reports and presentations.
Financial Modeling and Budgeting: Assist in developing financial models, conduct analysis, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
Process Improvement and Risk Management: Proactively identify and implement process improvements, plan risk assessments, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Regional Support: Provide financial analysis and support for regional projects, collaborating with local accounting managers and the headquarter finance team.

position requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia markets
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
