The Group Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies for the assigned category. Reporting to the Head of Division, this role oversees brand positioning, product launches, and marketing campaigns while leading and developing a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of marketing and sales strategies to achieve category growth targets.
- Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent execution of ATL and BTL campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute marketing plans effectively.
- Guide new product development initiatives, working closely with NPD, PDD, and regional teams to take products from concept to market.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities to inform strategy and implement corrective actions.
- Manage external agencies and business partners to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing projects.
- Monitor budgets, ensuring marketing expenditures align with targets while maximizing profitability.
- Support stock and supply management processes by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Inspire and coach the marketing team, fostering professional growth and effective execution of plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory policies while safeguarding company assets.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred; equivalent experience considered for non-related degrees.
- At least 10 years in the FMCG industry, with significant expertise in Brand Marketing and 2 years in people leadership
