- Lead the day-to-day operations of the club, including sales and marketing, public relations, food and beverage, P&L management, membership, and events.
- Attract new members, increase guest visits, and enhance the overall visibility of the club.
- Plan and coordinate events such as golf tournaments, social gatherings, and corporate functions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aimed at improving efficiency and elevating service quality.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the club functions properly.
