• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aimed at improving efficiency and elevating service quality.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the club functions properly.

skills and experience required

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business management, hospitality or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in a management role within the golf, hospitality, leisure, or recreation industry
• Must know how to play gold
• Skilled at engaging with members and clients on the golf course
