- 8+ years of leadership in retail operations, with a proven record of driving revenue growth, optimising store performance, and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Exceptional team management skills, evidenced by successfully leading and motivating teams of 20+ members, fostering a high-performance culture, and achieving measurable improvements in productivity and engagement.
- Strategic and results-driven mindset, with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities that translate into actionable insights, cost reductions, and significant business growth.
