about the job
- Analyze market demand and develop strategic plans to ensure the mall’s growth and direction align with business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of mall management, including leasing and tenant relations, business planning, financial management (P&L), marketing, operations, customer service, asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs), tenant mix strategy, compliance, and more.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize the mall’s profitability and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
- Lead budget planning and financial oversight to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within retail mall management, with exposure to all aspects of shopping mall management, including Leasing, Marcom, Operations, Credit Control, Finance, etc.
- Strong business acumen and up-to-date knowledge of current retail market trends.
- Driven, ambitious, and assertive character.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
